Cynthia Evans

Cynthia spent her career with the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation, serving most recently as the foundation’s CFO and interim president. Before joining the Dodge Foundation, Cynthia was a Program Officer administering Community Service Block Grant funding for the City of New York and a Presidential Management Fellow with the US State Department, Government Accountability Office, and Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. While experimenting with semi-retirement, Cynthia volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children in foster care, manages a community memorial garden, and enjoys delivering meals to seniors through the non-profit, Mobile Meals. Cynthia holds a Bachelors degree from Hamilton College and a Masters in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Public Administration at Syracuse University.
