Shannon Hui
Project Associate
Shannon is an interdisciplinary designer, with a deep passion for community-driven design and programming. She has led an award-winning proposal to reimagine the Brooklyn Bridge, advocated for affordable housing as a Norman Foster Foundation Scholar, and supported tenant and small business organizing efforts in the Lower East Side as an ANHD/Morgan Stanley Community Development Fellow.
Shannon holds an M.S. in Urban Planning from Columbia University, where she received the New York Chapter of the American Planning Association’s Award, and a B.A. in Architecture and Psychology from Barnard College. Born and raised in Hong Kong, she spends her nights thinking about nighttime equity in New York City.
